Leadership Position.   Need to be a good communicator, organized, and driven.   Good understanding of the structure of COGS and high-level execution is a must.

Roles:

·Maintaining Appropriate Inventories and Controlling COGS

·Ensuring Quality and Consistency in Food Program

·Scheduling BOH Staff to Budget

·BOH and Building Maintenance

·Communication regarding BOH Operations

Key Indicators:

·Food Costs percentages in line with budget.

·Guest Feedback Goals Met regarding Food Quality

·Appropriate BOH Labor spend.

 

 

 

Catering and Food Truck Operations Manager:

Sergio Molina

Leadership Position.   Need to be a good communicator, organized, and driven.  Experience at high-level coordinating of moving parts is essential.

Roles:

·Create sales by communicating with clients regarding events and menus.

·Communicate Inventory Needs to BOH Ops Manager

·Create and Coordinate Scheduling

·Create & Coordinate Menus

·Coordinate Staffing / Schedules of Catering and Food Truck Team Members and filling in where appropriate.

·Assist with Shift Management when appropriate.

Key Indicators:

·Number of Catering and Food Truck events Closed.

·Sales and efficiency during events

·Customer Feedback

 

 

Shift Managers

Chelsea Blackburn

Sam Perrin

Staff Leadership Position.   Need to be a good communicator, organized, and focused.

Roles:

·Open restaurant for coordinated and organized service.

·Run Effective Shifts that maintain high levels of Service and Quality

-Monitor and adjust for quality, service, and atmosphere

·Ensure all tasks of staff members are complete.

·Manage Labor in relation to sales/volume.

·Close restaurant to standards.

 

 

FOH and BOH Operations Lead – Existing rate +$2-$5 hourly +tips (Part-Time)

Elevated, Staff Leadership role in current position.  Need to be a good communicator, organized, and focused with a high attention to detail and the ability to communicate shortfalls.

Roles:

·Assist in running effective shifts.

·Assist as extension of management in everyday and administrative circumstances.

·Assign and/or communicate roles, stations, floor plans, side work, projects, etc. for current shift.

 

Catering and Food Truck Team Member $14.35-$17.50 +tips (Part-Time)

Roles:

·Food Truck Cleanliness and Maintenance.

·Food Delivery and Setup

·Customer Service

·Cooking and service

·Driving truck with trailer.

·Safe setup and breakdown of food truck.

Operations Manager $27.50 +tips and Bonuses (Full-Time)

Roles:

·Customer Service / Guest Relations

·Ensuring Quality and Consistent Service and Product

·Communication to team regarding all operations

·Maintaining Food & Beverage Inventories and Controlling COGS

·Scheduling Staff to budget

·Facility Upkeep and Maintenance

·Assist staff to ensure proper service and quality.
